You have five main navigation options available to you throughout the site.

  1. Header
    The header is the same on every page of the site. It contains links to the main sections of the site and several other popular pages, the Find an Agency tool and the site search engine.
  2. Left Navigation Menus
    A left navigation menu on each section of the site tells you what information is available in that section. The left navigation menu is different in each section.
  3. Breadcrumb Navigation
    Breadcrumb navigation displays the location of the current page within the structure of the website. Breadcrumb navigation enables you to access higher levels of the site navigation by clicking previous links in the breadcrumb trail.
  4. Right Navigation Menus
    Some pages include right navigation menus that contain links to related pages.
  5. Bottom Navigation Bar
    The bottom navigation bar is the same on every page of the site. It contains links to the main sections of the site and to several other pages not shown in other navigation areas.

Accessibility Aids
These features give you broad access and readability:

  • Font size control
    For a larger font size, use the text size or zoom feature in your browser.
  • Alt tags for images
    Images on our site are accompanied by alt tags that may be visible if your browser supports the alt-text function. When you place your cursor over an image, alt tags provide text that describes the image.
  • Links
    Most links are blue, and links within blocks of text are underlined. Visited links in results sets change from blue to brown; the color remains brown until you clear the history of visited sites and pages from your Web browser.
